The Respiratory Therapy Lead is responsible for performing all Respiratory Care procedures in the general and critical care settings. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating shift-to-shift operations. At the direction of the POCC, they assess annual blood gas competency for staff.

Job Requirements

• Associates degree in a related field
• Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
• Possess active RRT credential from the NBRC (National Board of Respiratory Care)
• CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS certified
• Pediatric and Neonatal experience

Preferred Requirements

• Five (5) years of Respiratory Therapy experience
