All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Senior

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized technical intelligence and military and government experience and your attention to detail to develop intelligence products, including papers and briefings, to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to safeguard our warfighters and enable our military and national leaders to shape national security policy.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you will help your client understand emerging disruptive technology (EDT) and how it can be used by hostile actors to threaten national security. You will have the opportunity to explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources to develop tradecraft as you build assessments and briefings for the intelligence community and senior leaders and policymakers. Your expertise will enable leaders to protect U.S. technologies, support warfare integration efforts for existing military programs, and provide context for future capability development. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our national and military leaders.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • Experience with communicating information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced

  • Experience with conducting analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organization, and intelligence disciplines

  • Experience in collaborating with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes

  • Experience with developing concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence

  • Experience with briefing items of national intelligence to senior DoD leaders and policymakers

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on US Army or DoD programs and projects, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst on US Army or DoD programs and projects

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with providing guidance in applying analytic methodologies

  • Experience with analyzing and assessing future technology and its malign military applications by foreign states and non-states

  • Experience with producing assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and the potential impact to the U.S. and its Allies and Partners

  • Experience with producing assessments on insights driven by trends and futures

  • Experience with identifying threat knowledge gaps and intelligence shortfalls related to EDT and validating existing collection strategies, requirements, and methodologies

  • Experience with assessing other countries' various stages of EDT research, development, testing and evaluation

  • Experience with building and briefing EDT assessment presentations to wide audiences including senior U.S. Army leadership

  • Knowledge of cyber networks and material supply chains and their incorporation in multi-domain activities

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
