Summary

The Inside Sales Quoter position is designed to help the sales team execute lead, participation, quote goals and grow market share within the organization. The inside quoter will become an onsite expert in quoting, program usage, and provide as a helpful resource for sales reps to stay in the field longer and spend more time with customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following as well as other duties that may be assigned:

• Work with sales team to provide competitive and accurate machine quotes.
• Review quotes created by sales representatives and update as needed.
• Provide feedback to sales and team to help identify pricing trends or configuration requests.
• Interact with sales teams through email, phone, text, and face to face interactions.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams on standard rate pricing.
• Maintain quote system is updated with latest sales models and pricing.
• Support marketing journeys with ready to buy quotes.
• Ensure all store branches have their equipment priced and displayed.
• Provide pricing data for won and lost quotes for sales and marketing.
• Apply merchandising subsidy programs where applicable.
• Support all other duties and responsibilities that are not outlined above.

Education and/or Experience

• High School ore GED
• Bachelor's degree related to field (office administration, retail, customer service)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organizational and attention to detail attributes required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across divisions, customers, and vendors.
