Job Summary:

Under the direction and guidance of the Parts Manager, the Intern - Parts Warehouse Clerk will receive on-the-job training to learn and develop in all warehouse functions.

Essential Functions:

  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values-Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Picks orders and conducts random counts
  • Stores items in bins, shelves, or other specified locations
  • Shadows other Parts Department functions and receives hands-on training
  • Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly condition
  • Receives reviews and coaching with the designated mentor
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math calculations and the ability to read, write, and understand work instructions


Education and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a college degree in Business or a related field
  • Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA
