What We Need:We are excited to welcome a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to our vibrant HNI Workplace Furnishings Team in Muscatine, IA.
Location:Muscatine, IA
What You Will Do:
  • Collaborate enthusiastically with a team of supply chain and production professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Employ innovative approaches, leveraging diverse data sources to optimize scheduling, prioritize loads, and streamline workflow.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement and drive impactful improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a keen sense of urgency and independent judgment to analyze situations and craft actionable recommendations.
  • Engage warmly in conference calls with dealers and installers to swiftly resolve installation and product inquiries.
  • Exercise diligent oversight, escalating product inquiries to external department support as appropriate.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dynamic supply chain, inventory, or materials-focused capacity.
  • Profound knowledge of Supply Chain systems and a strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaborative relationships and effective teamwork.
  • Proficient time management and multitasking skills, guaranteeing smooth coordination of tasks.
  • A proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.

  • Preferred ability to interpret prints, 2D and 3D design drawings, showcasing a deep understanding of product intricacies.
  • Established connections within the HNI network are advantageous.
