• Provision and documentation of examinations, evaluations, establish functional OT diagnosis, prognoses, and plans of care including formulation of treatment goals, providing occupational therapy intervention to patients, measuring and reporting outcomes and formulating and carrying out discharge plans
• Provide supervision of licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students
• Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals
• Must comply with the Texas Occupational Therapy Practice Acts and Rules

Job Requirements

• Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of Texas
• CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Job Requirements

• Occupational Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility
