• Provide and document examinations, evaluations, establish functional PT diagnosis, prognoses and plans of care including formulation of treatment goals, providing physical therapy intervention to patients, measuring and reporting outcomes and formulating and carrying out discharge plans
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed assigned staff or students
• Interact and practice in collaboration with other professionals
• Individuals must comply with the Texas Physical Therapy Practice Acts and Rules

Job Requirements

• PT licensed in the state of Texas
• CPR certified from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross

Preferred Job Requirements

• Physical Therapy experience in an acute care hospital and/or rehabilitation facility
