• Provides individual and couples psychotherapy services to clients each week.
• Conducts clinical assessments.
• Meets monthly clinical productivity expectations.
• Completes clinical documentation in accordance with client record protocols.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining a referral base from Boys Town, medical providers, other treatment providers, and the general community.
• Provides clinical consultation with referral base for the purpose of coordinating care for clients.
• Obtains ongoing education related to the fields of clinical psychology and clinical assessment and intervention.

• Knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of adult psychology with an emphasis on integrative approaches for addressing affective, physiological, cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual needs of clients.
• Ability to apply psychological principles to therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families.
• Skill in conducting clinical assessments, determining diagnoses, providing therapy, and treatment planning for adults with minimal direct clinical supervision.
• Proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of clinical concerns and diagnoses, such as mood disorders, anxiety and fears, and trauma- and stressor-related conditions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people.
• Ability to communicate in an articulate, professional manner while maintaining the necessary degree of confidentiality.

• Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Psychology or related field from a fully accredited university required.
• Advanced training in adult psychology required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
• Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional (LIMHP) or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in the State of Nebraska required.
